NGI performed NGS analyzes transversally in all WPs.
PINPOINT: Il progetto PINPOINT mira a sviluppare un innovativo protocollo di genotipizzazione su larga scala, per aumentare l’efficacia dei programmi di selezione varietale in agricoltura. NGI disegnerà il protocollo da implementare con tecnologie robotiche e lo validerà per confronto con le attuali tecnologie di riferimento. PINPOINT si svolgerà in collaborazione con l’Università di Torino.
